Would return. Extremely clean rooms, great staff, wonderful location and very safe.

Breakfast was very tasty and we appreciated the variety offered. Breakfast was not a buffet, but rather brought to the table. Coffee or tea, a piece of cake, a beautifully prepared serving of fruit, and then the entree: avocado toast with an egg, shashuka, yogurt and fruit, quiche. Everything was delicious.

The center of Oaxaca can get hot, dusty and noisy but this property even though in the center, is a nice respite from it

Excellent location, very safe (main door is closed to the public, no random person can walk right in), clean (there is always someone cleaning the grounds), and the breakfast is a winner (i had the quiche, eggs roquefort and shakshuka on different days—all excellent)

Wifi at the study would disconnect every after a few mins, no mini fridge in the room. This would have been really useful for chilling down beverage as the day heat outside could be stifling.

A perfect place to start and end a day, allowing one to really enjoy Oaxaca.

It’s close to everything but far enough from the zocalo area. The courtyard architecture is very open, airy and tranquil. Lots of outdoor space to sit and relax, gardens in the courtyard and on the roof. Breakfast is scrumptious and service cordial.

A table and chair in the room would be nice.

Serene and welcoming stay in Oaxaca

Calm retreat just out of the centre of Oaxaca. All of the staff were so friendly and welcoming, and everything was spotlessly clean. The breakfast was one of the best we’ve enjoyed at any hotel, anywhere.

Beautiful and comfortable lodgings with fabulous breakfast each morning.

Breakfast was fabulous, delicious food and excellent service. We enjoyed cocktails on the communal terrace in the late afternoons. The staff were very helpful arranging drivers and tours during our stay.

I suggest adding a morning coffee service station in the lobby for a cup before the restaurant opens. And while we appreciate it was not in your control the barking dogs at night were annoying.

It was nice and unforgettable.

It was clean and neat. The staff always nice and willing to help. Well located. Good security the gate to enter is always locked at night.

The breakfast was slow, good quality of food but when you have a tour, you really have to take at least an hour to eat there. The AC was noisy and they repaired it for the last two nights.

Wonderful stay.

The breakfast was delicious. We had a gourmet style breakfast each day.

The shower sort of leaked through the shower door and the pillows were too thick for my taste. The bed was comfortable and the staff were friendly and provided excellent service.

I would definitely stay again! Great price point! Excellent service!

This was actually cuter than the pics I saw posted online before booking it. It has a cute court yard, a rooftop with lots of awesome plants! I loved that it was only a few blocks away from town… far enough from all the main noise of town, but close enough to walk to town and popular streets. The staff was so welcoming and kind! The breakfast was exceptional. Below you’ll see pictures I took of the property, just such a cute place.

I would say.. have a full length mirror in the rooms, some shelves in the shower for toiletries and a shower head that is adjustable. Other than that, I loved my cute room.

The food is to die for. The staff, especially Erika, was extremely helpful

The doorstops in the room are dangerous. My wife split her toe, sober, on the one in our room.

Gorgeous boutique hotel

Everything was super clean, beds are very comfortable, the property is well-maintained, and we enjoyed the multi purpose common spaces. We especially liked the impeccable art and decor, and even sought out the local artist to buy some of his work. The breakfast was one of the best we've had in Mexico. We were able to check in earlier than expected and even extended our stay we liked it so much. Staff were wonderful. Highly recommend!

Bathroom was a little tight, but it was very clean.
